The cocoon has therefore already been pierced, the animal is safe and sound, it will not be scalded.
This rare silk is also harder to work because the thread is interrupted many times and requires very precise manual work.

This Indian silk is fluid and opaque. The fabric has a beautiful shine and incredible drape.

The exchange between Aude Durou of Ombre Claire and Pauline Treis of Jungle Folk led to a clothing collection designed by Aude and produced by Jungle Folk.
This collection is hand spun, woven and dyed in a village in North East India. The cuts are feminine and airy.
